Two products, Kingdom52 CRM and the Kingdom52 Learning Platform. They come in our monthly packages with your website hosted, or on their own.

It's where your organization keeps its contacts and records, in its own database that no other client shares.

It uses nonprofit or business wording to fit your organization, and modules turn on or off, so you only see what you use.

On sites we host, you can edit blog posts, swap photos and change text yourself from the CRM, and run donor and giving reports with CSV export.

It's where you sell courses and memberships to your own audience, on your own web address, through your own payment account. You can turn on quizzes, certificates and a community space. Staff and volunteer training runs on it too.

Like the CRM, it's sold on its own. If you have only the Learning Platform, it gets its own database.

If you have both, you use one login across both, and each learner is the same person record as in your CRM. Your CRM and courses share one database, kept in separate sections.

Yes. The CRM is sold on its own, the Learning Platform is sold on its own, and you can have the two together without a website from us. CRM only is $59 a month plus a one-time setup of $299, and includes up to 1 hour a month of how-to help by email (no website changes), then $65 an hour (1-hour minimum). Yes, new sites and rebuilds of the one you have.

Every site we build stays hosted with us on a monthly package, backed up daily and monitored. Fixes and updates to what we built stay included while we host you.

A build is a one-time fee, separate from the monthly plan: $999 + $299 CRM setup for a new site or from $1,299 + $299 CRM setup for a rebuild, plus sales tax. See pricing.

No. Every package includes unlimited staff logins. The package is set by how much help you want.

Our monthly price doesn't go up with your contact count.

You can add it to any plan or to CRM only for +$79 a month, with a one-time setup of $499 for the CRM and Learning Platform together. On its own, the Learning Platform is $129 a month with a $499 setup fee, waived when you pay yearly. See pricing.

Unlimited learners. Add video from your own YouTube or Vimeo to any lesson.

Yes. Email goes out through a sending account in your name, the same way your payment account is yours.

The provider's free plan covers up to 3,000 emails a month. Larger lists pay the provider directly.

You're the sender, so you're responsible for having permission to email everyone on your list.

Yes. For eligible nonprofits, we guide you through the Ad Grant application and manage the account; Google decides eligibility.

For businesses and organizations, we manage paid Google Ads. You pay Google directly for ad spend; it isn't included in our fee. See pricing.

Anyone. The Systems Diagnostic is open to you whatever system you use today, Kingdom52 or not.

Website and CRM support replies within 48 business hours on Website + CRM and CRM only, within 24 business hours on Growth, and within 24 business hours on Partner and the Operations Retainer, with priority: same business day for anything broken. Support replies within 48 business hours on the Learning Platform on its own and within 48 business hours on Hosting Only.

If your site or giving form is down, we respond the same business day.If your site, checkout or forms are down, we respond the same business day. Business hours are Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm Central, excluding US federal holidays, and only those hours count toward a response time. Requests received after 3pm Central, on weekends or on US federal holidays are treated as received the next business day. If you have more than one plan with us, the fastest response time applies.

Plans run month to month, or you can pay for the year up front. Pay for the year up front and you pay for 11 months (1 month free) with no one-time setup fee. Website build fees are not part of the yearly offer. Cancel anytime with one month's notice. Yearly payments are not refunded.

You can upgrade or move to a smaller plan any time.

If you leave, we hand over your data and site files.

Hosting Only is for a website with no CRM or Learning Platform. It's billed monthly, or yearly for the price of 11 months. Cancel anytime with one month's notice. Yearly payments aren't refunded if you cancel early. See pricing.

No. Each client gets their own database and their own web address.

Nothing is shared between clients.

Payments go to your own payment processor account.

Card data is handled by a secure third-party payment processor and never stored on our servers.

We walk your team through the system in one live session.

Bring the people who'll use it every day, and bring your questions.

Your content and data are always yours. Our CRM and Learning Platform software is licensed to you, not handed over.

We hand over your data and site files. At the end of your term, you get your site files and your own data, as a database export and CSV files. Our CRM and Learning Platform software, database structure and functions aren't included.

We switch off the CRM connection keys at handover.

Any help beyond the export, like rerouting forms, setting up a new host or migration questions, is billed at our hourly rate.
