The Day-to-Day

Sound familiar?

Our donor list is in three spreadsheets and somebody's inbox, and nobody is sure which one is right.

Every online gift gets typed in twice: once from the payment report, once into the spreadsheet.

January is a week of building year-end statements by hand, one donor at a time.

Inside Kingdom52

What matters for you

Gifts that get thanked on time.

Online gifts get an emailed receipt automatically. For checks and cash, staff send it with one tick when they record the gift. Pledges and recurring donations live on the same record.

Why it matters: the thank-you goes out the day the gift is recorded, not the week someone finds time.

See the CRM

Year-end statements without the week of work.

Every statement emailed, 50 at a click. Staff tick the donors, click Email Statement, and each donor gets their own statement. PDFs download in batches of 50 too.

Why it matters: your January stops disappearing into mail merge.

See the CRM

Moving in from your spreadsheets.

Kingdom52 matches your columns, shows you the top rows as they will land, and checks every row before anything saves. People match by the ID from your old system, then by email, and gifts match to each person the same way. Rows that fail come back in a download with the reason on each one.

Why it matters: you start with the list you trust, not a new mess.

See the CRM

Follow-up that keeps going without you.

A giving form can start a Journey: a thank-you email, a wait, a check such as "Gave since enrolling?" that stops the Journey when it's true, and a task for a staff member on that donor's record.

Why it matters: new donors hear from you again, even in a busy month.

Questions

FAQ

What does it cost?

The Kingdom52 CRM on its own is $59 a month plus a $299 one-time setup. With a website hosted by us, Website + CRM is $69 a month plus the same $299 one-time setup. Our monthly price doesn't go up with your contact count, and there's no per-login price for your staff. There's no nonprofit discount; the same prices apply to everyone. Prices exclude applicable sales tax. Full prices and terms: https://www.kingdom52.com/pricing.html

Do checks and cash get a receipt too?

Yes, with one tick. Online gifts get an emailed receipt automatically. For checks and cash, staff send it with one tick when they record the gift.

Can we bring our spreadsheet without breaking it?

Yes. You see the top rows as they will be mapped, and every row is checked before anything saves. Uploading the same file again skips rows already imported, so you don't get duplicates.

Will it give our board the giving reports they ask for?

You can filter giving by fund, and the Transaction report shows the fund on each gift, splits included. Reports export to CSV, so your treasurer can open them in any spreadsheet.

What happens to our donor data if we leave?

You keep your content and data. Each client has their own database, never shared with another client. We hand over your data and site files if you leave.

Who sets it up and helps us after?

We set up logins for you and your staff, then walk your team through it in one live session. You work directly with the person who built your system.

Security and Your Data

Card data never touches our servers.

The most sensitive data stays with the companies built to hold it. Everything else lives in a database that belongs to you alone.

Card Data Stays with the Processor

Card data is handled by a secure third-party payment processor and never stored on our servers.

A Database for You Alone

Each client gets their own database and their own web address. Hosting is backed up daily and served over SSL.

Your Data Stays Yours

Your content and data stay yours. If you leave, we hand over your data and site files.
