Makers and small shops

Every order lands on the right customer's record, straight from checkout.

A website, a CRM and checkout that pays into your own payment account. Your orders, your customers and your email list stop living in three different places. Enterprise-level systems at small-team prices.

The Day-to-Day

Sound familiar?

Orders come in on one site, my customer list is in another, and my email list is somewhere else.

I copy every order into a spreadsheet so I know who bought what.

Every platform I sell on takes a cut, and the cut keeps going up.

Inside Kingdom52

What matters for you

Checkout that pays you, not us.

Checkout runs through your own payment account. No platform fee from us; your payment processor's fees still apply. Card numbers stay with your payment processor.

Why it matters: you know what each sale costs you, and the money goes where it should.

See Websites

Every sale on the customer's record.

The buy buttons on your site send each sale into the right customer record, next to their purchase history and your notes.

Why it matters: you can see who bought what without opening a spreadsheet.

See the CRM

Email to the people who already buy from you.

Send an email broadcast to a group of contacts, like everyone who bought from the spring batch. Opt-outs are honored, and every email carries an unsubscribe link. Sends go through your own sending account.

Why it matters: a new batch or a restock reaches the people most likely to want it.

See the CRM

Reports you can hand to your bookkeeper.

Reports export to CSV, and so does the activity log.

Why it matters: tax time starts with a file, not a scavenger hunt.

From a team like yours

Kingdom52 built the websites for Country Cabin Mixes (countrycabinmixes.com) and New Life Transactions (newlifetransactions.com). Every client's data sits in its own database on its own web address, and card numbers never touch our servers.

Questions

FAQ

Do you take a cut of my sales?

No platform fee from us; your payment processor's fees still apply.

Where does the money go when someone buys?

Straight to your own payment account. Kingdom52 never holds your payment account login, and card numbers stay with your payment processor.

Can I email my customers about a new product?

Yes. Send an email broadcast to a group of contacts through your own sending account. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and opt-outs are honored.

Does it email people who leave something in their cart?

No. Kingdom52 doesn't send abandoned-checkout emails. Follow-up after a signup form runs as a Journey.

What does it cost?

Website + CRM is $69 a month plus a $299 one-time setup, with hosting included. Our monthly price doesn't go up with your contact count. Prices exclude applicable sales tax. Full prices and terms: https://www.kingdom52.com/pricing.html

What if I decide to leave?

You keep your content and data. We hand over your data and site files if you leave. Cancel anytime with one month's notice.
